Things that can easily be adapted are:

• Bag strap/ chain style

• Hardware colours (brass, silver, black, gold. You name it)

• Colours

• Bag size

• Lining

• Type/ amount of pockets in the lining

• Fabric instead of leather

Just a few notes:

• I am bound to the possibilities of my sewing machine and what can be hand stitched. Therefore, I might not be able to make exactly what you are after. But let's have a chat to find out if how can help.

• Since I work with leather off cuts, the possibilities of the designs will depend on the amount of leather I have available.

• Depending on the material needed, I can usually craft you a bag in 1-2 weeks. I will discuss the time lines with you before I take on the order.

My products are made with great care and should last you a long time.

Since I'm a small business, unfortunately I won't be able to deal with returns and refunds the same way Amazon or H&M would. Please be mindful before ordering. I'm happy to answer any questions you would have about a product before you decide to order.

If however the product arrives faulty, you can return the product to have it replaced, mended or you can get a refund.
